Explain what you want reviewed

Email support with the request you are making, the relevant record or report link, and anything that needs correcting. For example: “This record is about me, but the employer is incorrect.”

WhiteBridge commits to responding within one month. For complex requests, or if you send many, this can be extended by up to two more months. If there is any doubt about your identity, you may be asked for more information to confirm it.
