A discount code only works if you enter it during payment and your purchase meets the offer’s conditions.

Check the code and your checkout

  • Check the code for typos and extra spaces, and check the offer’s expiration date and which plans it applies to.
  • Before paying, make sure the final checkout total includes the discount.
  • If it does not, send support the code, the offer link or a screenshot, and the plan you chose.

If you have already paid, include your order number and ask support to review the purchase. A discount is not guaranteed to be applied after payment.
