No. WhiteBridge’s Trust page says its reports cannot be used for employment, housing, loans, or other legally regulated permitted-purpose decisions.

Use a suitable service for regulated decisions

WhiteBridge states that it is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Do not use a report to decide someone’s eligibility, or in place of a required screening process.
