How do I delete my account and personal data?
Email our support team from your account’s email address, and we will delete it.
To delete your WhiteBridge account and the personal data linked to it, email our support team. Our Terms of Service let you delete your account at any time.
Email us from the address of the account you want to delete. We can only delete an account when the request comes from its own email address.
Make your request clear
Email help@whitebridge.ai from the address of your account and say that you want your account and personal data deleted.
Before you do, download any reports you want to keep. You can cancel a subscription yourself from the Billing page first; see How do I cancel my subscription? If you would prefer our support team to cancel it, or you also want a refund reviewed, list those as separate requests in the same email. If Apple bills your subscription, cancel it through Apple.
Deleting your account is different from asking WhiteBridge to remove public information about you from its search results. For that, use the opt-out guide.
