How do I manage a purchase billed by Apple?
Cancel an App Store subscription or request an Apple refund.
These steps are for purchases billed by Apple; your receipt shows who billed you. If WhiteBridge billed you directly, use our cancellation or refund guide instead.
Cancel an Apple subscription
- On your iPhone, open Settings and tap your name.
- Open Subscriptions and select WhiteBridge.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts. If there is no cancel button, or you see an expiration message, Apple says the subscription is already canceled.

Request a refund from Apple
Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple Account you used for the purchase. Choose Request a refund, select a reason and the purchase, then submit. Apple decides whether to give a refund, so it is not guaranteed. See Apple’s refund instructions for details.
